It was so fun to go to Jackson's Party. I loved watching the pinata and hugging all of my sisters children. The first photo was taken by accident but I like it a lot for some reason.
Butterflies are known for their unusual life cycle that includes a spectacular metamorphosis from caterpillar to a colorful winged adult. They have an erratic yet graceful flight pattern that attracts attention when they pass. The Ancient Greek word for butterfly is psȳchē, which means soul. I particularly admire their symmetry and kaleidoscope of colors.

Ha! Is that James hanging out the window holding the pinata? I love it!
I like the first one too because it captures the shyness of hte boy and the excitement of Clara, and the Moms in tow.
We were sorry Uncle James couldn't come so we had Uncle Mike do the pinata.
