John is crawling. Clara is growing up and out of her pj's but still looks tiny in her bed. Days pass happily. I am happy to put them to bed, but also am happy when they wake up.

Why Butterfly?
Butterflies are known for their unusual life cycle that includes a spectacular metamorphosis from caterpillar to a colorful winged adult. They have an erratic yet graceful flight pattern that attracts attention when they pass. The Ancient Greek word for butterfly is psȳchē, which means soul. I particularly admire their symmetry and kaleidoscope of colors.

I can't believe John is crawling. He looks so small all bundled up, but in the picture of him crawling he looks so big.
I love pictures of sleeping kids-and I have to agree with you about putting my kids to bed!
You must be more of a morning person than I am if you are happy when they wake up. :)
You always have such wonderful pictures of them. Someday I want to take some photography classes to learn to do that.
