Yesterday we went down to Newport Beach with the Evans. Clara has a new favorite word is boat! So I took her on the Farris Wheel so she could get a better view of all the boats around Balboa Island. Then we all had lunch and played in the sand. It was chilly but we still had a great time. I was glad that we could do something together with our husbands!

Oh..I am so jealous. I would love to be down there right now riding the ferris wheel on Balboa. Lucky you are so close to the beach too! I like the pictures.
All I can say is WOW!
I love the Newport area! Given, I have only been there like twice, but you really need to have a Balboa bar if you haven't yet. They let you put whatever you want on your ice cream bar. The Frozen Bananas are great too! Okay so I am jealous. Enjoy it all!
All I can say is cherish the time you have with your husband now because trust me you will see him less and less each year in medical school! I love the colors in that first shot!
