The transition has gone better then expected but not perfectly. I still think she is to young but I wanted it to be well established by the time John gets here. I don't allow her to jump on it but she snuck it in.
Somedays I wonder if we switched Evie to a bigger bed too early. We put her in a toddler bed at 18 months. But, I think it is already time for a bigger bed again. Man, they grow so fast! Your little girl's bed is so cute.
Butterflies are known for their unusual life cycle that includes a spectacular metamorphosis from caterpillar to a colorful winged adult. They have an erratic yet graceful flight pattern that attracts attention when they pass. The Ancient Greek word for butterfly is psȳchē, which means soul. I particularly admire their symmetry and kaleidoscope of colors.

That is a beautiful comforter! The gorgeous stuff you can get for girls... {sigh}
Cure for jumping on the bed: bunk beds. :o)
I am glad she is adjusting. Jacob is better about going to bed and staying in bed, than his 4 year old sister! What a pleasant surprise!
Mary's sister had a better cure for bed-jumping -- bunk beds with a ceiling fan.
Ellie took a shot across the noodle by one of the blades.
I'd stick to just mean-eyes when you catch her jumping. ;)

Love the new bed! I can't believe she is big enough for a big bed!
I love the froot loops necklace. Maybe I will make one for me one of these days.
I love the bed for Clara. I hope to see it when we go down next month. She looks so pretty in all these pictures of her. I am excited to see you guys.
