Spiny-Keeled Heart Cockle and Coral

I had no idea what the shells were called so I looked it up.

A type of Cardium, this is a completely heart shaped shell remarkable for it's elegant form and the singular flatness of it's valves. It is a whitish color, sometimes variegated with milky spots and sometimes though more rarely with pale rose color. Inhabits the Indian ocean , the coasts of Coromandel and the Persian Gulf.

I can tell. :) I invited you to be an author for the GHS blog. I changed it up to 2006. I figure that is when 1 of the last real graduating classes graduated. I could be wrong. Will you let your buddies (Annie, Val, Shannon, Colette etc...) know about it? The more the merrier to be involved.
