Our 4th was memorable and hot! During the day we drove out to Balance Rock and climbed up the step hike. It was not something I will do again holding a toddler but so fun! We had a picnic and talked did a ritual to help us learn and remember what our nation stand for. The kids understood it and we plan to do it again! Maybe you can do it with us? When we got home we watched "A More Perfect Union." It was great and helped us wind down until it was time to head over to the Shaw's house. They had a great party and we were so glad to be invited.
